Security Risk Assessments
Backed by Over 27 Years of Experience
Led by Paul Barham, Barham Risk Assessment & Advisory helps clients identify vulnerabilities, assess exposure, and strengthen security through structured analysis, practical judgment, and AI-assisted secondary review.
Why This Matters
Most security failures do not start with force.
They start with blind spots, weak procedures, poor access control, inconsistent habits, and a lack of real risk awareness.
That is where problems begin — and where they can be prevented.
Why Clients Choose Barham
Paul Barham brings more than frontline presence. He brings operational judgment.
He has spent over 27 years in the security industry, with experience that includes frontline security work, security company ownership, field operations leadership, occupational safety support, controlled-access environments, industrial and critical infrastructure sites, port facilities, and high-pressure public settings.
That range matters. It allows him to assess vulnerabilities not just as a guard would, but as an operator, planner, supervisor, company owner, and risk advisory professional.
This is not generic security advise.
Every assessment starts with Paul's own analysis, based on real-world experience and professional judgment.
AI is then used as a secondary layer to help identify additional concerns and strengthen the overall review.
The final assessment is not automated. It is built on experience, validated through structured analysis and delivered with practical recommendations.
What Makes This Approach Different
Assessment Options
Two clear service models. One standard of review.
Remote Dual-Layer Assessment
Starting at $400
A practical first-stage review based on submitted photos, video, documents, and site information. This option is designed to help identify vulnerabilities, organize concerns, and give clients a clearer understanding of where risks may exist. Because this service depends entirely on submitted material, findings are limited by the quality, completeness, and accuracy of what is provided.
Includes: • review of submitted photos and video • review of relevant documents or site information • primary assessment completed by Paul • AI secondary review layer • final expert-led analysis and recommendations Best for: • initial screening • smaller properties • clients outside the immediate area • clients who want a first-stage vulnerability review Important Note: Because this service depends entirely on submitted material, findings are limited by the quality, completeness, and accuracy of what is provided.
In-Person Dual-Layer Security Assessment
Starting at $1,000
This is the highest-confidence assessment offered. Paul attends the site personally, observes conditions firsthand, captures his own evidence, performs the live primary assessment, and then uses AI as a secondary analytical layer. Because he controls the site review and evidence collection process himself, he can stand behind the quality, depth, and reliability of the final analysis much more strongly.
Includes: • direct site attendance • firsthand observation • personally collected photo and video evidence • primary live assessment completed by Paul • AI secondary review layer • deeper final analysis and stronger reporting Best for: • clients wanting the highest-confidence assessment • larger or more complex sites • properties where direct observation matters • environments with higher liability or exposure concerns.
Important Note: Because Paul controls the site review and evidence collection process himself, he can stand behind the quality, depth, and reliability of the final analysis much more strongly.
What Is Assessed
Typical assessment areas include access control, perimeter weaknesses, lighting and visibility, CCTV coverage gaps, staff procedures, patrol effectiveness, key and credential control, incident response readiness, emergency preparedness, theft risk, trespassing risk, aggression exposure, and reporting gaps.
